Seeded Multigrain — Sunflower, flax, sesame & oat. Hearty and nutty.
Olive Rosemary Focaccia — Dimpled, drizzled, and loaded with Kalamata olives.
Rye & Caraway — Dense, dark, and fragrant. Perfect with butter or good cheese.
Classic Butter Croissant — 48 layers of laminated dough, baked golden.
Almond Frangipane Croissant — Filled with almond cream, topped with sliced almonds & powdered sugar.
Pain au Chocolat — Two batons of dark chocolate wrapped in buttery dough.
Seasonal Fruit Danish — This week: poached pear & vanilla custard.
Drip Coffee — Single-origin, roasted locally by Ember Roasters.
Oat Milk Latte — Creamy, naturally sweet, our most popular drink.

Flour & Fold started in 2017 with a 20-quart mixer and a dream: bring honest, slow-fermented bread back to the neighborhood. Today we bake over a thousand loaves a week, but every single one still gets shaped by hand. We source organic flour from regional mills, keep our starter fed and happy (her name is Mildred), and never rush fermentation. The result? Bread with real flavor, a crackling crust, and a crumb that speaks for itself. Drop in, grab a coffee, and stay awhile. This is your neighborhood bakery.
I've tried bakeries all over the city and nothing comes close to Flour & Fold. Their sourdough is the real deal — crusty, tangy, and absolutely addictive. We go through two loaves a week.
Our bakers start at 3 AM so everything is oven-fresh when we open at 7.
Every item is made from scratch — no mixes, no frozen doughs, no exceptions.
Organic flour from nearby mills, free-range eggs, and seasonal fruit from local farms.
We donate day-old bread to the local food bank every evening. Zero waste is our goal.
