  • Country Sourdough — Our signature loaf. 24-hour ferment, crisp crust, tangy crumb.

  • Seeded Multigrain — Sunflower, flax, sesame & oat. Hearty and nutty.

  • Olive Rosemary Focaccia — Dimpled, drizzled, and loaded with Kalamata olives.

  • Rye & Caraway — Dense, dark, and fragrant. Perfect with butter or good cheese.

  • Classic Butter Croissant — 48 layers of laminated dough, baked golden.

  • Almond Frangipane Croissant — Filled with almond cream, topped with sliced almonds & powdered sugar.

Our Story

Flour & Fold started in 2017 with a 20-quart mixer and a dream: bring honest, slow-fermented bread back to the neighborhood. Today we bake over a thousand loaves a week, but every single one still gets shaped by hand. We source organic flour from regional mills, keep our starter fed and happy (her name is Mildred), and never rush fermentation. The result? Bread with real flavor, a crackling crust, and a crumb that speaks for itself. Drop in, grab a coffee, and stay awhile. This is your neighborhood bakery.

I've tried bakeries all over the city and nothing comes close to Flour & Fold. Their sourdough is the real deal — crusty, tangy, and absolutely addictive. We go through two loaves a week.

What time do you open?
We're open Tuesday – Sunday, 7 AM to 3 PM. We're closed on Mondays to give our bakers a rest (and feed Mildred, our sourdough starter).
Do you take custom cake orders?
Yes! We do custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, and events. Please reach out at least 2 weeks in advance using the form below.
Is everything made on-site?
100%. Every loaf, croissant, and cookie is mixed, shaped, proofed, and baked right here in our kitchen.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
We have a small selection of gluten-free cookies and brownies. Because we work extensively with wheat flour, we can't guarantee a fully gluten-free environment.
Can I pre-order for pickup?
